Backgammon is one of the most played games in an online casino besides Blackjack and online poker, because you can play with players at different level in order to improve your game.
However, even if you are an expert it doesn’t mean that you will always win. You might be losing to an online casino novice. And then, you may say that this game is not for you, since you are used to winning all the time and would rather return to play other casino games like Blackjack. This is though a bad thinking and make you frustrated.
In fact, Backgammon is divided into 60% luck and 40% thinking. The 60 percent of luck is from the dices that you roll and the numbers you get. In some cases, your rival might have only one soldier in one place and therefore, you have the possibility to “eat” him. By eating your soldiers, you have a better chance to win, because you get rid of the specific checker and let you on one side advance slowly to your territory, where you need to bring eventually all your checkers. But, on the other side your rival’s checker, the one eaten, is then put in the center of the board and can only get in on his the next turn.
